Introduction and Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between bdqk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who registers for, accesses, or uses the bdqk website and its associated services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdqk. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if you have registered one.

bdqk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most recent effective date is shown above.

Eligibility

Who May Register and Use bdqk

By registering a bdqk account you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied for as long as you hold an account with us:

• Minimum Age — You are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform.
• Legal Capacity — You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• Accurate Registration Data — All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to notify bdqk promptly of any changes to your registered details.
• Self-Exclusion Status — You are not subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion from any gambling platform, and you are not registering with bdqk in violation of any such exclusion.

Accounts

Account Registration, Verification, and Management

To access the full bdqk platform you must register an account using a valid mobile number. bdqk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process and may at any time require you to provide identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds.

• Single Account Policy — Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or shared payment method is permitted. Violations may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate Information — You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth or identity, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• Account Security — You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. bdqk is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to secure your login details.
• Account Closure — You may request to close your bdqk account at any time by contacting support. bdqk will process the closure after verifying any pending transactions. Self-exclusion requests will be acted on promptly.

bdqk reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe the account has been used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in connection with any criminal activity. In such cases, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

bdqk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment terms apply to all account holders:

• Own-Name Payments Only — All deposits must be made from a payment method (mobile wallet or bank account) registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods will be returned and the account flagged for review.
• Withdrawal Verification — bdqk may require identity or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Processing Times — bdqk aims to process deposits instantly and withdrawals as quickly as possible. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of pending requests. bdqk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Currency — All balances, bets, bonuses, and winnings on bdqk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bdqk does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

bdqk does not charge platform fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Standard processing fees may apply to card transactions via Visa and Mastercard and are the responsibility of the payment network, not bdqk. Players are advised to check with their card issuer for any applicable fees. bdqk will clearly display any fees before a transaction is confirmed.

Bonuses

Bonus and Promotional Terms

bdqk offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements — Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The specific rollover requirement (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Bonus Expiry — Unclaimed or unused bonus funds and free spins expire at the end of their validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is the player's responsibility to use bonuses within the stated validity window.
• Game Restrictions — Certain games may be excluded from contributing to bonus wagering requirements. Slots generally contribute 100% toward rollover. Betting Rules

Sports Betting, Casino Games, and General Wagering Rules

The following rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the bdqk platform. By placing any bet or participating in any game on bdqk, you acknowledge and accept these rules:

• Bet Finality — Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the bdqk system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are settled according to the official result of the event as determined by bdqk's data providers.
• Palpable Errors — In the event of a manifest or palpable error in the odds, lines, or game configuration displayed on bdqk (including but not limited to obvious pricing errors or system glitches), bdqk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. bdqk is not obligated to honour bets placed on clearly erroneous odds.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes — bdqk applies minimum and maximum stake limits per bet, which may vary by game type, market, and event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a bet. bdqk reserves the right to apply individual account bet limits at its discretion.
• Game Disconnection — bdqk is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue outside of bdqk's control that interrupts a game session. If a disconnection occurs during a live game, the outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the point of disconnection.

Player Welfare

All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits and to review their play regularly.

bdqk reserves the right to terminate any player account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of: fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, providing false registration information, breach of these Terms, or behaviour that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

• Deposit Limits — Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bdqk account at any time. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Self-Exclusion — Any player who wishes to exclude themselves from bdqk, either temporarily or permanently, may do so by contacting bdqk support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During the exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and no further deposits or bets will be accepted.
• Minor Protection — It is your responsibility as an account holder to ensure that no person under the age of 21 has access to your bdqk account or uses your device to gamble. bdqk strongly recommends enabling parental controls on any device used to access the platform if minors are present in your household.

Legal

Amendments, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law

bdqk provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdqk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. bdqk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. In no event shall bdqk's aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bdqk platform shall first be submitted to bdqk's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. bdqk will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law.
